Get To Know Kristina

I love people. I enjoy getting to be involved in the smallest concerns from making decisions,  emotional struggles, to fears and sadness. I am honored to be invited into the smallest details to the major changes  of someone’s life. I love the process of growth and the honor of being part of someone’s journey.

People should try counseling because life is easier if you are not alone. Counseling provides an opportunity for connection that is a special relationship and is unlike any other in our  daily life.

I hope my client’s feel how much I care about their concerns. I want them to feel that I see them and hear them and they matter.

I feel excited when I can see clients are feeling heard and connections are being made.

I hope that client’s learn to trust  and validate themselves.

I am an introvert who loves people. I love to talk but I love to listen more. I love to connect and walk with others through difficult times.
