GROUP THERAPY & SUPPORT SERVICES
R.E.S.T. Group: Religious, Existential, and Spiritual Trauma Support
A safe, structured 6-session space for adults (18+) to unpack spiritual injury, deconstruct past harm, and cultivate lasting healing.
Healing the Hidden Wounds of Spiritual Injury
Spirituality and shame. Religion and regret. Many of us have experienced existential injuries that have caused deep wounds within the context of spirituality and religion. Some of us have lived with these injuries for years, quietly suffering as the world keeps turning.
But like any wound, a religious, existential, or spiritual injury can fester, infecting every part of life. Healing is possible, and it begins here. This group offers survivors a compassionate community to understand how R.E.S.T. impacts identity and learn practical tools to move forward safely.
