A Summer ADHD Skills Workshop for Kids
Join us for a three hour therapist led workshop where your child will learn and practice tools for managing ADHD. No formal ADHD diagnosis required.
We’ll have fun and learn new skills through games, creativity, and outdoor activities. Each targeted at teaching foundational ADHD management techniques such as:
- Focus Anchoring
- Impulse and Energy Management
- Time Blindness and Time Management
- Chunking Tasks to Improve Starting and Seeing them through
Program Details & Schedule
Who: Kids ages 8-11.
When: Wednesday, July 22, 9am-12pm.
Where: Fauna Forest Farms, Johnson City.
Investment: $75.
Once registered you’ll get set up with a quick phone call to learn more about your child. The day of the event, you’ll drop your child off at Fauna Forest Farms where you’ll be greeted by our staff.
Your child will spend the next three hours participating in creative, fun, and valuable outdoor activities targeting executive functioning skills.

This group is designed for children age 8-11 years old.
Absolutely! Just let us know you would like to enroll multiple children when you speak with our office coordinator.
We recommend dressing in comfortable layers that you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Closed-toe shoes are a must for the farm environment. It’s also a good idea to bring a water bottle, snacks, and any personal care items you or your child might need.
We love all kinds of weather! We will meet in light rain and will provide guidance on how to dress. However, in the case of severe weather (like thunderstorms or extreme temperatures), the session will be canceled, and we will notify all participants with as much notice as possible.
