This is a six week individualized program to teach you how to use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to manage your anxiety.

Better Skills.

You’ve probably tried breathing, relaxation, and reasoning skills already. Learn why they are not enough and what you can do instead.

Personalized.

This program teaches ACT skills. ACT is a specific type of therapy useful for anxiety. You will learn how to apply ACT skills directly to your unique circumstances.

This program is designed to be a short-term and educational. Each session is a specific lesson. At the end of six session you will have new insight and skills to tackle anxiety.

Getting Started

Use the form below to send a message to Emily, our scheduler. She will answer any questions you have! Or call Emily at 423-207-3336.

Intake Forms

Emily will schedule your first appointment with Ben. She will also share paperwork via our patient portal.

Start Learning

Time to begin! On the morning of your appointment, Ben will send you a Google Meet link which you’ll use to access the appointment.

Cost.

Each session cost $100. This amount could be less if you are using insurance.

Format.

All sessions are held via video conferencing with HIPAA compliant Google Meet. The program is six 50-55 minute sessions held weekly. Each session includes skills practice between sessions.

 

Insurance.

Ben is in network with most major insurance carriers. He is not in network with Medicaid or Medicare.
