Join Our Team

We are focused on building a team which reflects our core values. These values include flexibility, curiosity, respect, and reciprocity. It’s important that team members feel confident and supported in their work. We value building a team with unique interests and specialty areas so that clinicians may serve in ways they feel most passionate about. We value services and modalities that are rooted in science and applied with respect to the subtle differences in client lives.

We value teamwork, supportiveness, and encouragement. We value healthy boundaries and transparent communication.

Summit is owend by co-owners Lindsay and Ben Taylor, both of whom are LPC-MHSP clinicians. In short, we have sought to create a private practice where we would like to work (and we do). We look forward welcoming new team members who reflect similar values and whom we may support in their work as a clinician.
