HOW IT WORKS
For our telehealth services, we use a HIPAA compliant version of Google Meet. Before your session, you will receive an email with instructions to join your session. Once clicking the link, you will be directed to enter the unique pin for your session. The process is designed to meet two essential requirements:
1. Be Simple
2. Be Confidential
During the session, you will communicate through video chat with your counselor. You counselor also has the ability to share their screen with you. This is a great way to share examples and demonstrations with you. Your counselor may also share files directly through Meet which offers an excellent way to share worksheets or helpful information.
